History

Our Company was established in 1996 under the name Ege Kraft and with one production line.

2005 the second production line was put into operation.

2007 it was acquired by Segezha Group. 

2016 an investment was made in an 8-color flexo printing machine.

2020 ERP software was put into operation. 

2022 a second 8-color flexo printing machine investment was made.

2023 Operational Excellence (OpEx) activities started.

2023 it was acquired by AIP (Advanced Industries Group Sarl) and the company name became Advanced Industries Amb. San.ve Tic. A.Ş.

2024 yılında, Karitex tarafından satın alındı ve şirket ismi April 2024 .  İzmir Kraft Torba Ambalaj San.ve Tic. A.Ş. oldu.

Ocak 2026, Pera Paper Ticaret Ltd. Şti. tarafından satın alındı.
